Does my data sync across devices?
Yes — sign in with the same account (email or username) on web, iPhone or Android and everything follows you automatically.
How do I add a friend?
Stats tab → Friends section → enter their username (e.g. @wellsy). They'll need to accept your request.
How do I turn on reminders?
⚙ Settings → Notifications. Three gentle reminders: morning, evening and Sunday reflection.
How do I delete my account?
⚙ Settings → Delete my account. Deletion is immediate and permanent — see our privacy policy.
