Delete your Élan account

The app is “Élan — Vision & habitudes” (com.elan.habitudes). Two ways to delete your account and all associated data.

Option 1 — Yourself, immediately

In the app (iPhone or Android) or on the web at elanapp.work/app, sign in and then:

Open ⚙ Settings
Scroll to “Delete my account”
Type DELETE to confirm

Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Option 2 — By email

If you can no longer sign in, write to bonjour@elanapp.work from your account's email address with the subject “Account deletion”. We process requests within 30 days at most.

What gets deleted

Your account (email, name, username, password)
All your content: vision, goals, habits, journals, tasks, schedule, reflections, reviews
Your shared scores and friendships

Nothing is retained: no data is kept after deletion; there is no retention period.

Details in our privacy policy. An active Élan Pro subscription must be cancelled in your App Store or Play Store settings (deleting the account does not cancel the subscription with Apple/Google).
